The Ecofill 300 is a brand new, purpose built, earthworks processing machine.
Commissioned by Ecofill, the mobile plant machinery has been designed and engineered by one of the country’s industry leading precision engineers.
The Ecofill 300 is capable of processing all types of clays and subsoils and can process circa 1000 tonnes of material per hour.
It is complete with loading hopper and Ecofill Binder bin, plus a state of the art on board PLC (programmable logic controller) which constantly manages, monitors and maintains the machines performance. This real time information is relayed to the Ecofill cloud allowing all parties to be kept well informed of production rates and other valuable data.
Each Ecofill 300 mobilised to site is accompanied with a very skilled and highly trained Ecofill 300 Production Supervisor.
Armed with comprehensive knowledge of the project & full client requirements, our Production Supervisor is on hand to ensure complete quality assurance. Guided by our Chief Technical Officer, their main focus, coupled with Health and Safety, is to provide complete confidence that all quality requirements are fulfilled.
They are responsible for maximising efficiency and for also ensuring the Ecofill 300 is operating to pre-defined parameters to successfully deliver the desired Ecofill product.
